159 - Disposal of appeal by the Appellate Tribunal

159. Disposal of appeal by the Appellate Tribunal.-
(1) The Appellate Tribunal may, after giving both the parties to the appeal an opportunity of being heard, pass such orders on the appeal as it thinks fit.
